(October 14, 2018, 3:23 pm)Due to safety concerns this area is not much more than a parking area. Access to any good views is now closed and fenced off.
There is a nearby trail system but it doesnt take you anywhere near the lake.

They have put in a trail away from it but it's new and still needs some work
The butterflies here are amazing! Soooooo many native butterflies fluttering around. It was lovely :)
(June 21, 2018, 8:24 pm)They put a fence up this year. Which I can understand. I mean, it's an unstable cliff mainly comprised of sand that plummets several hundred feet into the lake. So I can understand the fence. However, there may or may not be way's around that... just saying. Either way, the view is pretty unreal, and seeing all of the swallows nesting is also pretty cool.
