Jeff Tuft was excellent, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly; made me feel comfortable and less embarrassed about the messy basement (I'm on maternity leave and overwhelmed as most mama's know, the basement has not been a priority) but Jeff assured me that everything was fine. Job well done, and one happy customer!

Jeff performed a perfect maintaince visit. He was efficient with time, explained what he was doing, listened to questions and provided clear answers, and was friendly to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone.

We had problems with our fireplace after a power outage. Abode was amazing. Not only did their technician Jeff arrive promptly but he assessed the problem quickly. We appreciated his professionalism, expertise and good humour. Our fireplace was up and running in no time. Thank you Abode for great service. We would recommend you to our friends without hesitation.

We woke up Thursday morning and our heat would not turn on. My husband called Abode, the receptionist was able to move some things around and have a technician to our house for noon hour. He was very friendly and explained things well for me to understand and took the time to explain it to my husband over the phone. Although it was not the outcome we were hoping for, Tim was able to come by around 4 and was able to quote us. He was very understanding of our situation, knowledgeable and friendly. He said that if we called him that night he would have someone here the next day. John showed up the next morning, he was also very knowledgeable, friendly to our dogs and did great work! We are very greatful that they were able to do everything so quickly and have our home warm again! I would Highly Recommend them to anyone!

I selected Abode Home Comfort because it is owned by Doug Tarry Homes who I trust and respect. They have great office staff (Nicole) and their booking system is top drawer. I received confirmation of the appointment plus several reminders and a follow up text. The technician was on time, very friendly and thorough. I actually met 2 technicians- Jeff and Norm. I fully trusted both who have years of experience . Norm serviced my daughter’s furnace and came to the door with dog treats. Very smart and even asked me first if the dog could have one. My furnace needed a part which was in the next day. Again the technician (Jeff) was on time and very professional. I also purchased a case of 12 filters from the company that were delivered to my door the next day. They are of good quality and more appropriate for my furnace. This is a very professional company which is exactly what I wanted.
