My phone screen was broken and I was left with no phone! As a single Mama with a baby, it was super important to get it working pronto! Jonathan installed a battery I had from my older phone, when it malfunctioned, he replaced the battery with a new one in stock. This battery also seems to be dying too quickly, so he cleared and wiped my phone and we'll try again (at no charge as my new battery is one month old)!
I purchased a very fast charger from him as well, (at a discount) which I love.
Jonathan is very patient at helping me figure out what is wrong with my phone - or the way I use it.
I'll be back...but hopefully not soon as I hope this is the answer to the dying battery!!
