They are fast acting, efficient, organized, honest as the day is long and they handle the issues that I don't have time to deal with. This has freed up my life tremendously and their rates are very reasonable. When things come up, they are on it quickly and the job gets done. They also handle all of the collecting so that i don't need to. I can't say enough GREAT things about Lakapooki Inc. Property managers. Once you use them, you will see why they are the BEST in the business. 5 Stars!!!
