St Thomas Health Club

This gym is awesome! Plenty of equipment which you don’t have to wait for to use. It is always kept very clean. The Gold change room always has plenty of clean towels, the showers are roomy and clean. Love they have both wet and dry sauna. The staff is great and always accommodating, Glen is awesome! Whatever you need he will help you! Thanks for keeping a great gym!!

It has been an all-around positive experience. The facility is flawless. Cleanliness, service, locker rooms and the options available for Gold members justly reflect the price. The bathrooms, showers and even the common entrance area are exceptionally well-kept. The Zen Room and the Sauna are valuable additions for the Gold membership. The gym area offers enough space for all attendees to comfortably exercise in their equipment of choice. There is great variety of equipment to chose from and the upper area is also well-equipped for free-format workouts. The service and attention to detail is top notch. The owner is very affable and attentive to everyone's needs and well-being. I also love the fact that the gym is never crowded. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time and my experience at St. Thomas Health Club. The owner and the staff do a commendable work. The Club is a great alternative to other gyms in our city. I had the most incredible experience at St. Thomas Healthclub! Their amazing staff, including Doug, Tracy, and Glenn, went above and beyond to ensure my fitness journey was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to offer guidance. And let’s not forget their amazing new gym facility! It’s equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, spacious workout areas and a welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to the staff and management for creating such an outstanding fitness haven. Highly recommended!

It has been many years since I have been to a gym or health club. The staff and facility at St Thomas health club are great. Always helpful. The facility is spotless I really enjoy the Gold membership with access to dedicated lockers, large beautiful shower,sauna and can’t forget the massage chairs. I have never felt better. I HIGHLY recommend and dare everyone to try the personal trainers here at this club. Very unexpected program the professional fitness team made for me. I have never stretched the way they are making me stretch and using machines I would have never used myself! Reminding me of proper form. When you work out alone - sometimes you just forget form and definitely don't push yourself hard enough! I feel great coming from the gym feeling like I really got something out of it. Excited about keeping track of my meals and I'm already feeling like I have more energy!
