“Our newly adopted cat got sick very rapidly after we brought him home. We contacted the vet clinic and after describing his symptoms were told we could come in asap. Unfortunately our new sweetie was diagnosed with FIP and had to be put down (There is no cure). Even though we only had him for 1 week, we were very attached to him and the staff at the West Lorne Veterinary Clinic were just wonderful. Dr. Jarrod was a compassionate professional and treated both myself and Lincoln with extraordinary care. He took great pains to explain Lincoln's condition and discuss treatment options. Regrettably the cat had to be put down, but the gentleness and understanding of Jarrod and indeed, all of the staff, was much appreciated. 5 thumbs up guys! You're wonderful and we really appreciate your compassion and veterinary skills. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.”
