“While car shopping at Goodwill's I almost exclusively dealt with Carlos, so this might be more of a review of him than Goodwill's in total. In the end I purchased a car elsewhere, but I would definitely go back to Goodwill's based on my experience. Carlos is personable and was not pushy. He offered to hoist cars up for me to look underneath. One very minor negative was that there were some questions/concerns about a couple of vehicles that he didn't get an answer for me on, but that could be for any number of legitimate reasons. Goodwill's has a good selection, most the employees seem pretty decent, and Carlos is someone I obviously had a good experience with.”
