“Very nice store! Great range of dog products, from raw food, grooming supplies for groomers, treats, and more! I really like how they have a scale to weigh your pet. Staff are super nice and really seem to love animals! My one concern is when I was there, not one staff member asked before petting my dog, which I thought was common sense, so I wouldn’t recommend going there for socialization and/or training. Overall great store, I will be going back!”

“I live in the States and found only two sources of incubator parts I needed. Berry-Hill had the largest supply shown on their website, so I ordered there online. The order was confirmed, but the next business day I got a phone call from Berry-Hill to let me know that many of the parts were out of stock, and the incubator company had gone out of business, so they would not be getting any more. We talked through my order and revised it, Berry-Hill issued a credit that included the currency adjustment, the parts were shipped right away, and I received them in a timely manner and found them packaged well. If Berry-Hill was able to get more parts, you can be sure I’ld Order again from them - great service!”

“Excellent place to get your pet supplies, especially if you have exotic pets. They have a pretty good selection of feeder fish, crickets and worms. They also have a good selection of small critters for sale as well and the staff is pretty knowledgeable. Prices for some things can be a little pricey but they're an excelent shop!”
