I always have great experiences here. Staff is always super friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and honest. When I accidentally overpaid for my items and left the store, I was immediately contacted that evening and asked to review my receipt. Because of the staff’s diligence with reviewing purchases when closing the till at night, this error was caught. I received my money back promptly AND they were beyond sweet to surprise me with a gift certificate on top of that, (which was not necessary, but so appreciated!). I am truly grateful and thankful to you Dawn especially, but also all the staff and owners at this Pure Nature store.

I have shopped this location 5 times since March and every experience has been exceptional.

Always have friendly staff. Let met try different sample sized of protein before buying a large amount of one I ended up wanting. Always immediately welcome you into the store and ask if you need any help looking for items. Love coming here

Great stuff! Big selection of clean products- health, beauty, oils, food, tea, pet care, etc. , and all very organized. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they ordered a shipment in for me within 2 days.
