Recently purchased a preowned vehicle and both Paul and Sheena were incredible to deal with. We were put in the perfect car for us and Sheena got us a better rate than expected. It was the most comfortable car buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend them!

This the first Chevrolet I have driven/owned and I purchased it from Jeff Smith’s in Essex . All of the staff are great here. Chuck went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase, the finance department made it very easy for my sale to go through. The service department are phenomenal! They are all very cheerful , happy and helpful. Billy always gets it right and Mel is always so full of life . I look forward to my vehicle being worked on here, I feel very at home. Thanks for being such a great dealership!!!
