I had a loose mount bar for my engine and they tightened it up at no cost.
They never try to upsell and I find that refreshing. I trust their recommendations for future service that my car may need. Never pressured.
(February 20, 2020, 1:05 am)These people are amazing! I don't think you would find better customer service anywhere. They are quick, professional, they never try to up sell nor do they recommend something that isn't needed. The comic entertainment is an added bonus!
Tonight they once again went above and beyond, stayed late and worked through a DISGUSTING tire disaster that involved the clean up of a lot of sticky gunk that someone else used as a quick fix. It literally took a couple of hours to clean up the mess, remount and balance the tires. Thank you so much Wes, Dawn and Tyler! I feel much better taking the car out of town this weekend.
