The service was awesome... I had a great experience with some of your patrons. I was sitting in a wheel chair and the first people in line waiting to get in let us go first.

I have visited this location twice now in less than a week and was more than impressed both times. I had interactions with 6 staff members in different departments including two managers, and all of them were friendly, helpful and acted like they were glad that I came to their store. This is the opposite experience that I have had for years at all of the Windsor locations where I always feel like I am in their way and a nuisance to them just by being there. I actually try to avoid Canadian Tire because of my past experiences in Windsor. The Essex location has won my business going forward and I have already spread the word to friends and family. It is well worth the extra drive to be treated like a valued customer instead of a nuisance.

It been pretty good here to shop. Most of the time u get in and out.
