“This place is great for regular shopping. Lots of selection. However, if you decide to put something on hold to try on later, it is a bit poorly organized. We went to the customer service desk near where the hold area was, but the cashiers kept processing sales, even though they saw us waiting to pick it up. We eventually had to go into the cash out line to pick up the dress to go try it on. We waited probably half an hour and got helped after people who got there later than us. We ended up not buying the dress.”

Gave 3 stars only because we went there for bedding and the option were very minimal, 2 to be exact. Other than that, like the new organization of the place.”
