Kim is a great host and we were very satisfied with our stay here!

We visited Kingsville to see the tall ships and tour Point Pelee, Pelee Island and the local wineries.

Kim was very informative and is a lovely hostess and an amazing cook! We enjoyed our breakfasts so much. Something different every morning -souffle, quiche, and French toast bread pudding-all with fresh fruit, juice and coffee.
Her century home has been fully modernized and is very welcoming and comfortable. It is close to downtown and the pier.

The very best place in Kingsville to stay... Kim is a great host, always very accommodating and the food is awesome... Every time we head that way to visit relatives we always stay at Kim’s, wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This charming B&B has lots of character and Kim, the hostess and her two beautiful tuxedo cats are warm and welcoming! Excellent full breakfast, large selection of books and great dinning suggestions add to the experience. Easy walking distance to the lake, local shops and restaurants. Thank you Kim for an amazing getaway! Can’t wait to return!

Kingsville is such a great town to visit and this bed and breakfast was the best cherry on top of it all. Kim is an amazing host and the house is just so beautiful. Everything is so clean and everything is just within walking distance! Will definitely be coming back!
