“This place is great for regular shopping. Lots of selection. However, if you decide to put something on hold to try on later, it is a bit poorly organized. We went to the customer service desk near where the hold area was, but the cashiers kept processing sales, even though they saw us waiting to pick it up. We eventually had to go into the cash out line to pick up the dress to go try it on. We waited probably half an hour and got helped after people who got there later than us. We ended up not buying the dress.”

She is very honest and will tell me what fits right and what doesn't look right - she wants her customers to feel beautiful (I never feel like its "just about the sale"). Her pieces are also very unique and elegant. Her store is a jewel in the downtown Leamington shopping district!”

“Amazing customer service and experience, above and beyond, top quality clothier, are only a few ways to describe my experience with Nat at Milana’s. In short, my grandfather had to attend his wife’s funeral and we weren’t allowed enter Canada because of Covid. As a result, we had to plan everything virtually. My grandfather who’s in his late 90’s wasn’t able to get in to the store for a fitting, so Nat offered to go to him. I can not describe how amazing it was for Nat to help when needed help the most. Nat styled a perfect outfit from head to toe. The overall experience and options to selection from was perfect. Nat and Milana’s is our go-to store!!”
