I was able to place orders over the phone and then conveniently pick them up in the parking lot without contact. Each time I called I was given undivided attention, and the employees all were friendly and patient with me. I had specific ideas of colors and items, and they were able to help me navigate their selection, describe the items, and make selections that fit what I was looking for in my price range. The quality of the items was always excellent, and they were exactly as the employees had described them. For the gifts, they even wrapped them for me, taking care to make them look beautiful and remove the prices for me.
