(November 15, 2019, 10:45 pm)First of all I had a rental due to a series of unfortunate events. I was aware from the start that I was good for three weeks through my insurance. I had planned to return the rental on Friday with a day or two to spare. On my way home from work that day, I get a call from Enterprise that my insurance notified them THAT DAY, that they would only pay until the day before! What?????
How can they do that when I still have time and they didn't even bother to notify me??? Ever try to contact the adjuster on a Friday afternoon??? Good Luck.
Scott at Enterprise was awesome! Took care of my little situation and nobody got hurt! I left once again a happy customer. Can't really say the same about my insurance company though.
