Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Our plane got rerouted from Kitchener cause of fog. The manager Osoma stayed well past 12am to help everyone out and get cars for them. It was incredible customer service we have a 6 month old and a 3yr old we were definitely thankfull for his help he above and beyond.

A+ for customer service here. They're extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and they actually have cars. I cannot say the same for the Enterprise on Tecumseh Rd near the train tracks.. read my review of that one and you'll understand.

Met with two wonderful people here, a man and woman, who got us a car fast and for a great price. They were very nice and approachable. Highly recommend this location because of the customer service and great people who make it fun to take out a car.

Amazing level of service. I forgot my home car keys at the counter and they took the time to call me with the airport company when i had the security gates passed to make sure i got them back.

Had the best experience. Crystal and Andrew were professional, kind and informative. I will recommend them and I will defiantly be coming back to them for my next renal.

my compact car overheated on the ambassador bridge and then I had to be pushed through Canadian customs by a nice Canadian lady, the situation and customer experience was salvaged by impeccable customer service on the part of Sam at Enterprise rental office in Windsor Ontario Airport for immediately giving me the keys to an upgraded Kia suv and the good people at Alamo for taking the Ontario car back, with no questions asked and no hidden fees. They were professional and they deal with the complicated situation with regret and politeness and NO BS. I was impressed and happy to walk away unscathed and with a funny story to tell my family and friends. Stuff happens. Sometimes cars overheat. But we live in an imperfect world and sometimes it takes great customer service to get us through the trials of technology and engineering inconveniencing us. Thank you Sam at Enterprise and the friendly and fast Alamo team at Detroit metro airport location. :) happy Memorial Day
