Very helpful and know their products well. Went above to help us out in finding what it was that we were looking for.
He said the product we purchased ( Toucan ) was sooo easy to work with. Well Sam was right on with that. We have done flooring before. But it was a lot more work.

Sam was wonderful to deal with during this pandemic. He answered as many questions as he could on Facebook and maintained physical distance while in store. The care was outstanding I will post photos of floor when done in a new review.
