I'm extremely happy with the work Brandon did at my place. He's very experienced, works fast and does an excellent job. He replaced the toilet and installed a bidet for me. He's also very friendly and respectful. Hire him for your next job, he won't disappoint you!

I will give a short summary, as well as an in-depth one for those who want to read it. In short: The work was done, and I have no issues with the quality of the work. My issues are with the value and timing of the work, and customer experience leading up to the job being completed. As polite and courteous as the staff are, and as professional as the technicians are, $700 for 30 minutes of work that was performed two months late is way too much to be charged, and no apologies or communication occurred throughout the process.

To elaborate further:
1) I required ventilation to be installed in my crawl space. The work was supposed to be completed October 5th, and a prepayment in full was required. The previous owner of my house boarded up the slots that were already cut, so no extensive labour was required.
2) The technician called in sick day the work was supposed to completed. Another technician was sent, but they did not have the vents to do the install. They said they would pick them up and be back later. They never came back. I called to ask their whereabouts and was told that the vents were not manufactured yet and I would be called later to reschedule. No apologies were made for the lack of communication or the confusion regarding the parts.
3) Several weeks went by and I still had not heard from them. I made three separate calls, three weeks in a row, and was told that the production was still delayed. Still, no apologies were made for the lack of progress or the lack of communication.
4) The vents finally arrived, and an appointment was made for December 3rd – two months after the install was originally scheduled. The work was done in 30 minutes (Aside – Steve D. was the technician and was very polite and courteous and did a great job).

Overall, the work was completed as quoted. That being said, My issues are with the following: Supreme held my money for two months without any communication or updates on where they were in the process (even a simple update that there were no updates would have sufficed). The work was finished late, and I was never given an apology. While I understand Supreme isn’t responsible for the manufacturer not having the parts available – work should not have been scheduled without the necessary parts, some money should have been returned (reverse the roles, if I did not pay 2 months after work was completed, I would have been charged interest), and a more accurate assessment of how long the job would take should have been provided (I was told about 4 hours, so I took a day off work unnecessarily).

Great company to deal with! Very professional! Steve was quick to respond and take care of what we needed, and overall very good to deal with (and the rest of the staff as well) Definitely recommend using them for your emergency needs

I had a wonderful experience with Supreme! Dan and his team were extremely diligent and professional, and I was so impressed with the end result. They built my "tiny home" - a detached 430sqft unit at the back of my property and the coordination of work, the speed, and the communication was all great. The finished product is wonderful and I have been getting a lot of positive feedback about it. Would highly recommend their team!

I am very happy and satisfied with the work that was completed by Supreme Restoration. Anthony, that came out to assess the work needed was professional, prompt and true to his word. Brandon and Shane, who completed the work were both very friendly, professional and thorough. They completed the job in a very timely manner. They did great work and cleaned up once the job was finished. It really does make all the difference when working with such capable and meticulous technicians. I would definitely recommend them to others and I would use Supreme Restoration again.
