Rich was extremely helpful in understanding what I wanted out of a new appliance and the amount of room in the kitchen I was dealing with. We settled on a 36" model which I am more than happy with. Rich took the time to go over the features of each of the models in that size available. Presented the pros and cons of each one.
He was very honest all throughout the purpose and when I had questions after the purchase, and even long after the installation, he was very respondent!
I would recommend Rich and the Appliance Shoppe for your appliance needs.

The two delivery and installer young men were really fantastic.They were very nice and professional.
