“Great service! I've been here several times for various items, almost always a specialty item and the staff have always helped me get the parts I need and as quick as possible. I was in search of a rare/unique crucial O-ring and the guy at the desk spent a ridiculous amount of time helping me try to source this rare item, to the point I was almost embarrassed taking up so much of his time. He assured me it was no problem and continued calling several suppliers to find it. Considering it was only a $0.50 part, the effort was astounding. I sent a mechanic friend to the store when he was looking for some non-standard items and was having difficulty finding elsewhere. My friend called me back to comment how determined the guy was to find his items and he was able to track down most of what he needed. My friend was impressed as he had called so many specialty stores and couldn't get what he needed and it turned out this store was able to track it down.”

“We were pulled over in a parking lot with a flat and one of their employees noticed us and stopped. He helped us and we were on our way within 10min. He was finished work for the day and on his way home but still stopped to help us. Without his help we might have been able to put on a spare but it would have taken over an hour and lost time at our jobs. My associate and I were able to be back at work and protecting our customers with little time lost. Good people exist in this crazy world. Thank you very much .”
