I had my dream car (an island blue Mini Countryman All4) for less than 4 months when someone backed into it.
I was devastated. I had body work done on my previous vehicle and had a very poor experience.. the paint didn't match perfectly and it bubbled and chipped. For my dream car, I wasn't settling for anything less than it looking like the day I picked it up and I wasn't going to bring it anywhere I didn't trust to meet this expectation.
To say Formula First met my expectations is an understatement. I'm actually emotional as I write this. They understood how important this was for me, worked hard to gain my trust, and make sure I was comfortable and confident with them working on my Mini. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and professional. Gary is very knowledgeable and advocated for me when I had some issues with my insurance company, which I appreciated SO much.
They are Mini certified which assured me the extra warranty I purchased wouldn't be compromised.
They even changed my light bulbs to a whiter light simply because they thought it would be better over time with all the highway driving I do.
They kept me up to date on it's progress and got everything done a lot quicker than anticipated.
They went above and beyond every step of the way! THANK YOU FORMULA FIRST!!!

To Gary and technician team, my sincere thanks to you and your team while you repaired my GLK 350 - the task was complete one day earlier than promised! For your telephone updates as work progressed I was included @ every step as you collaborated with the insurance adjuster over the three week time period. Your team work ethic was evident when one technician suggested a new front honeycomb grill & license plate bracket & as a team we followed his suggestion. We are truly fortunate to have your talent and skill in Windsor.

After my accident, many friends and acquaintances suggested Formula First. How could I go anywhere else? I was not let down. I have to give 5 stars here. My vehicle needed extensive repair. Not only was the work done flawlessly, but I was kept abreast the whole step of the way of what was happening. I'm now a customer for life. Thank you for the great experience. They are pricey, but they do a good Job on the vehicle. Very clean and great work, no compromise on quality of the Job. After the work was complete I had a few issues and I had to go back to them and the owner was positive and made sure everything got done as needed. I would recommend them for all your amazing cars.

Only shop I've seen which is Audi Certified so far.

My paint was coming off my 8 year old toyota Rav 4 the Toyota company stood behind their product and paid to have my rav4 repainted. Formula First did a perfect job I could not be happier. The Rav4 was cleaned and fully detailed when I got it back. My Rav looks like new they made sure I was satisfied with everything. Thank you Formula First for a job well done.
