Jason the salesman was knowledgeable and patient, answered our questions, understood our requirements, explained safety and performance considerations to help us narrow our selection and encouraged us to try out the bikes we were interested in. Charles the owner was helpful too. Our new bikes were delivered the same afternoon and Jason made sure any seat, height and other adjustments were perfect and a mystery squeak eliminated before he left. Many thanks. We’re excited to use them.
