Staff at Ambassador Bikes are very friendly, informative and attentive to detail for what a new or seasoned bike rider needs. So glad they are in Windsor for us!! Taking all the precautions during the pandemic too, which is important to me that they are safe and also keeping customers safe. Their online ordering is awesome and orders arrive quickly. I haven’t ridden a bike in years and was grateful that the staff took the time to listen to my needs when helping me select the perfect bike. Because I had my children with me, they were able to bring it outside to the parking lot to view and take for a quick ride around the lot. They explained everything in detail and I felt very safe since the staff were all wearing masks and gloves and were only allowing one person in the store at a time. It was a great experience, I LOVE my new bike and I have already recommended them to 3 other people!
