Central Combat Sports

Stopped by for a drop-in BJJ class and couldn't have been happier, everyone introduced themselves, used my name in class and was respectful on the mats. I will be dropping by again very soon!

i learned more here in the free week then i did training at another local gym for almost 2 years and pretty much anyone i talked to that trained somewhere else and came to central had the same experience. there are way more members here because the coaches actually care about the beginner students as much as the fighters and dont just use them as punching bags. plus this gym is always clean and looks bran new.

Best martial arts gym in town by a long shot!

This gym is amazing, great coaches, great training partners, lots of mat space along with all the equipment you need to learn or compete in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts. I would recommend for all ages.

Central Combat Sports provides an excellent learning environment for beginners and veterans alike. Top notch facility that is always clean and well maintained.
Going into a martial arts gym could be intimidating as a woman but everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. I’m very comfortable when I’m training.
My children enjoy the youth class and it teaches them how to protect themselves but gives them discipline and provides them with a sense of accomplishment and confidence.
