(October 9, 2020, 2:38 pm)This is the cleanest gym that I've seen in Windsor, that's why I joined it even though the dumb bells end at 60 lbs and there's no bench press. Lots of cable machines which gives you the flexibility to simulate free weights. Good value for the price you pay.
(October 2, 2020, 8:53 pm)My favorite gym so far ? high ceilings tons of brand new equipment and sick TV set up for the cardio area ?and the tanning booths are so futuristic it's ridiculous lol and highly recommend the flat bed hydro massage it'll change your life ?
(September 17, 2020, 12:49 am)Great for what it is. Limited free weights but all new equipment and clean. Also do not have to book appointments during this pandemic and they have an online meter on their webpage showing how crowded it is or how empty
