Dr. Smith was great, he did nothing wrong. With the other staff, it felt like I was judged for my concerns and not listened to. I was given a topical skin medicine that caused my face to itch, burn, and swell (not their fault i had a reaction) but when I called to tell them about this and asked to come back and see the doctor about it, the girl on the phone said “you can just use it twice a week instead of daily”. As if she hadn’t even been listening to what I just described to her. I was left disappointed in my experience here ?

Very quick appointments. I was always in and out within minutes for the type of procedure I was getting done. Hardly any wait time at all. Staff is very friendly. Building very clean and accessible

We had a great experience with laser hair removal with Kathy! She explained the process to help us understand the procedure and was very patient and helpful. Dr. Smith has an excellent team of professionals helping him at his office!
The building is clean and has plenty of parking too!!
