“I had been to this spa in the past under the previous management and I always thought it was good but it lacked in atmosphere. I am addicted to pedicures and I often went to the smaller nail places in the area and price was often the deciding factor . Since the corona virus I am much more aware of the cleanliness of everywhere I go. Safety cleanliness and quality are what I look for now. My first pedicure after the corona shutdown was at Estetica Spa because it was newly renovated and the air cleaning equipment that was newly installed was a great comfort to me. I was greeted be a wonderful young lady at the door before I was able to enter the building . She had done screening questions took my temperature and explained the rules that keep everyone safe. Some people complain about this stuff but I am in a high risk group and for me it is responsible and it helps me feel safe. Once I entered the building I was amazed at the change in atmosphere , everyone was friendly my services were on time and my experience was incredible. Congratulations to the new management of Estetica you have dine an amazing job and I have found my spa without a doubt. Best pedicure ever. Keep up the great work.”

The tone she achieves looks so natural and her technique allows it to blend naturally when my hair grows out. Maria's lash extensions actually don't ruin your existing lashes. I don't know how she does it but they look amazing and I don't need to worry about damage. Lastly, Maria's make-up application skills are superb. “Dr. Smith was great, he did nothing wrong. With the other staff, it felt like I was judged for my concerns and not listened to. I was given a topical skin medicine that caused my face to itch, burn, and swell (not their fault i had a reaction) but when I called to tell them about this and asked to come back and see the doctor about it, the girl on the phone said “you can just use it twice a week instead of daily”. As if she hadn’t even been listening to what I just described to her. I was left disappointed in my experience here ?”
