I am so enjoying my meals! I work in Windsor 4 days a week away from home and The Meal Prep Co. makes it so easy to stick to my diet while providing me with fresh, tasty, and delicious pre-made meals that are easy to nuke in the microwave at the hotel! Thanks so much for keeping me on track! I will be ordering again next week for sure! ?

I have a friend whose father just passed and me and some pals wanted to pitch in to show him some love. Instead of flowers we decided that food would be a good choice (when grieving it's hard to take care of yourself). We went to The Meal Prep Company and Katie and Rashad (owners) made it so easy for us to grab a bunch of meals for our friend. They took time to show me some good options and exactly how everything works...super easy. The inside of the shop was beautiful and clean. The customer service was top notch. They even threw in a smoothie for me which was super kind. These guys are fantastic and I wish them all kinds of success...they're great for our community in Windsor/Essex. Keep up the good work!

Rashad and Katie run a great business. Great ambiance in the store if you want to grab a healthy smoothie, and delivery was simple and easy. The meals are healthy and so yummy, but, what really sets them apart is their consideration for their customers. Their kindness and consideration was apparent within the first week of using their services, and since then, they have demonstrated kindness, being accommodating and going above and beyond. I highly recommend using this business.

Amazing customer service, the Owners are very interactive and ensured to follow up with the guest... They were personable and friendly. This is a must try when your in the neighborhood. You will be back for more.

Drinks are large and great prices!!!!!!!!!. They are very filling and you can pick any drink off the menu and it will taste DELICIOUS.
