“Lots of books to choose from in the library. Some quiet working areas, and private group rooms. It also has computers available for regular use (some may be very slow, or needs to be repaired). They also allow you to borrow college textbooks. The majority of the time the library is very quiet, but every now and then a group of individuals make alot of noise and can be distracting to readers.”

They are one of the few low carb options in the Tim Horton’s food options. I would think that they don’t take up a lot of space to store. management really should take them off the menu boards if they aren’t going to sell them like all the other stores.”

“Good service and big portions, but not the greatest. The salad seem fresh and was decent, but didn't like the gyro very much and my stomach didn't agree either. Was a bit cold and didn't taste very fresh. Both my friend and I had diarrhea a hour after eating there. Won't be going back, I was excited to try that place, but left very disappointed.”

The environment is friendly and all of the trainers are approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to help, guide or offer modifications when needed, no matter your fitness level. The small group training feels like personal training, which is amazing. I love that a routine is set up each day to maximize my time there and to ensure that I receive a complete workout. I am never standing around wondering what to do. The group classes are my favourite because of the variety. Every class is planned out and you can tell that a lot of time, thought and consideration was put into this. No matter what I do at this gym I always leave sweaty and feeling I have accomplished something good. I always feel encouraged when coming to PURE whether from the trainer or the other members. I strongly recommend you to check out this gym if you are interested in becoming a better you!”
