Given 24 hours in a refrigerator at 38-40 degrees Fahrenheit (4-5 degrees Celsius) and transferred to fresh bedding, they are the biggest, liveliest worms I've ever seen. Windsor is a family business and their service proves this out...they care about their customers. I've never ordered worms in bulk before, but in addition to never being out of bait, I've noticed that fish hit harder and more frequently when what they see is active and healthy. My experience with Windsor started when COVID prevented me from getting bait from my usual source--the corner store--and I'm not going back.”

“WOW! This was a great burger, and a mountain of fries. The special sauce is on point. Fries were fresh-cut, crispy and hot. A couple of things I noted that prevented 5 star. My burger was just slightly pink, I didn't mind, but I think they should ask or cook the meat through, besides it is a smash burger, should be crispy. I ordered a Cheese Burger, and was surprised that it came with two patties and two slices of cheese. It was delicious, but a bit more than I anticipated for lunch. The menu has an original, a double, and a cheese burger. I think they should explain how to get a single burger with cheese. Lastly, I wish they advertised a combo option. I just ordered the burger and fries, and it was a great value for all of the food I got, but to make this a regular lunch spot, I would recommend an option for a combo, even if it came with a smaller fry.”

“Good service, the Bank fees and extras are atrocious. i.e. my Bank fee is due on the 18 of each month and I didn't have the $$$ in the Bank to cover the fee and instead of allowing me to pay when I get there they charged me a 45$ overdraft fee. They don't give me overdraft protection for 5$ a month, but charge me an exuberant amount for late bank fee. WOOOW!!!!!!!!!”
