I've dealt there a couple of times now and the people their are sympathetic to those who need help. This establishment is very respectful and their only there to make a living not to rip everyone off,like other pawn shops. They care!!!!

By bf pawned his phone and when he went back to get it the staff member said the he didn't pawn it. The phone was there but they tried to say it was in someone else's name. But he pawned it with his id. So he had to buy the phone at their price that ended up costing him 35 dollars more than it should have. They have a alright selection but slightly hi on prices for power tools that are well used.

I saw the item I was looking for, which was battery powered. They showed me another item which would run on the same battery. No pressure whatsoever other than to say they had it. They answered all the questions I had about the items I was looking at. I was very impressed with the time they took on the purchase, their knowledge of the products, and the overall experience. Since I'm a money miser, I can tell you that the items were priced right and I definitely enjoyed the deals! I would recommend people to shop at this location. I know that I will be returning!
