Just love this place. Always a fun time to come with your friends. The staff is always super friendly. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and definitely go back again.

As soon as we walked on site we were pleasantly welcomed by a lady who helped us check in. She directed us to another helpful young lady to give us the life jackets and kayaks. They were accommodating, answered questions, were patient and most importantly smiling and kind. This welcome is what made our day as newbies and first timers. They were reassuring and encouraging. I've only gone today but already told friends about my day there. Bonus, they offer lassos with floating pouches for your cellular phone. Tip, one hour is plenty with little kids. Also first time with school aged kids, I wish I had done the double kayaks but it worked out. Only con is slight fishy smell at the river and water is not so appealing, I'd take a star away for that but location and water way can't be helped.

Must visit I'd place if you are looking for some kayaking and paddling boarding experience within the City. It's about 15-20 minutes drive from sandwich towne

I visited Urban Surf yesterday as a support person for the person accompanying me. The individual with me takes quite a bit of time to process and then act on what she needs to do and therefore getting into a kayak took a bit longer than the average person. When I booked our time I did give a heads up about this and was told it would not be a problem. From arrival to departure our visit was wonderful! We were shown amazing patience and given great assistance. From the workers booking us in to the workers loading us up, great job and thanks so much for your wonderful, caring nature and smiles!

The sunset paddle is the best to view the sunset in the St Clair Beach. The trained professional help you in getting rid of our fear and keep us motivated. The journey through pathway to the lake in paddle is really good. The stand up paddle board is the one I traveled . We can try different positions standing, sitting, sleep and stand on the paddle board. The lake has really good waves to float on and take rest in the daylight.
