I'm not sure how people can complain about this store. Like they didn't acknowledge you fast enough or they asked you for you appliance model#? You have to understand they're busy and that they also don't want to take your used part back 3 times while you guess which one you need.

My opinion is that this store is great, they know their stuff, you never have to wait and they always treat you with respect. Remember folks this isn't the return line at Costco or Walmart, they're not going to thank you for returning your half eaten potato chips, nor should they.

Without this store we would have a lot less options in Windsor and I for one am happy they are there.

Very helpful staff. Needed a hose assembly replacement for a portable washing machine, and instead of a $200 replacement assembly, the staff member researched and found a $35 collar replacement piece. It worked fine. Thank you to the Amre man for taking the time to discover this solution to my problem!
