“Good service, the Bank fees and extras are atrocious. i.e. my Bank fee is due on the 18 of each month and I didn't have the $$$ in the Bank to cover the fee and instead of allowing me to pay when I get there they charged me a 45$ overdraft fee. They don't give me overdraft protection for 5$ a month, but charge me an exuberant amount for late bank fee. WOOOW!!!!!!!!!”

The assistant branch manager (Christina) was so kind and accommodated us in her schedule on a Saturday. She explained all the various plans, pros/cons of each and made sure we got the best plan for us. She also had a big box of toys which my son was able to play with while the account formalities were going on.
