“I have been to their tours on Mazinaw lake and I can surely say that these are great people. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and history of the park. I strongly recommend taking their Interpretive tour if you are interested in knowing about the Bon Echo area, the Mazinaw lake and the huge Mazinaw rocks. They describe the pictographs that we’re painted by the indigenous very well and gives you insight of what they depict. You can also see these pictographs from a kayak/canoe but you won’t know what they’re. I believe in supporting such organizations since they’re decent people who put efforts in conserving the nature around them while promoting economy through these tours.”

“Kris did much needed repairs to our cottage, and resolved water issues and structural damage. He was very professional in every respect. He showed us the damage, and gave a detailed outline of what was required to fix it. He then gave us a quote, which was very fair, showed up when he said he would, and worked diligently through the whole project. When Kris finished the job, I noticed he had even repaired some things that were not part of the quote. It spoke to his professionalism and quality of work! I would unequivocally recommend Kris for any job....quality work and an honest hard working man.”

“Nice campground. We had a trailer site that was a great size, easily big enough for our trailer, screen tent and camping tent with plenty of space remaining. Privacy was ok as our site had a long laneway and we were able to use our vehicle to us added privacy. This is supposed to be a radio free campground, however not everyone follows that rule. The group beside us was large and loud and played music well past midnight. Unfortunately our provincial government cuts means there is little to no staff monitoring the campgrounds at night. It is about a 5 minute drive from the site to the boat launch area. Comfort station was clean and well maintained.”

She learned how to make her own shelter, how to make fire, knots, life saving tips hygiene, food water and so many useful and helpful survival tips. She particularly enjoyed the plethora of first hand experiences and tips that David provided. She was engaged and enthused from the day. The knowledge and experience that David has is phenomenal and inspirational. She will have this knowledge and experience to carry her through her life adventures. We highly recommend this survival school and especially a private training session with David. It was well worth the money spent.”

“We ordered a chicken alfredo pizza + 2 coffees for delivery and weren’t sure what to expect as this was our first time trying. I had called the day before with inquiries around delivery and they were the only place in the area that would deliver. I also get super sketched out with chicken and how it’s cooked, but this was delicious!! Every single person we spoke with was incredibly wonderful + friendly, delivery was timely, and food was absolutely incredible. If you’re in the area, 10000% would recommend trying! Also, the hot coffees turned iced were perfect :). Both Rachel and I say thank you!!”
