“We decided to call Universal after a clog caused multiple areas of the house to back up and we experienced some flooding as a result. Adam was very pleasant and helpful from the moment we spoke on the phone, even though it was 9:30 pm on a Saturday evening. He took care of the issue incredibly quickly and effectively, and was friendly and professional the entire time- this guy is truly skilled at what he does! We have an older home with aging plumbing and he offered some valuable suggestions that will surely save us a lot of money down the line. A case in point, his team brought to my attention, defective material that was supplied by the manufacturer during the installation recommending we stop the work. Will went to bat to have the entire shipment taken back and replaced with brand new material. He checked in with me regularly, providing updates on the expected arrival of the new material and when it was received he crew was onsite the next day. The crew is professional, courteous and they kept our property clean during the whole installation process.
