The servers here were incompetent! I ordered 20 McNuggets (their most refined meal) and only got 19! Not to mention that when I spoke to the manager he was very hostile towards me and my children. Will never be coming back here again.
it's pretty rad, no huge issues with the school. but the gremlin in the basement sometimes steals my shoes.
I started their four-year Education program back in September, 2008. I paid for it using my 13-year contract with the company, which let me switch systems after 9 years.
It took me a while to notice the affects of Education. It was sometimes difficult to take advantage of the company's services when other customers were always in the way. Many of the other customers were very rude and obnoxious. Education offers a very wide variety of programs, from English to Music to Physics, but there is a loyalty program that dictates the number you can choose, "electives".
Part of Education includes security. For the most part you don't notice it but every now and then the company tests it to make sure it still works in exercises known as "drills". There is no drilling of any sort involved.
Most of the trainers are friendly and polite, providing good, consistent service. Many have a good sense of humour and make you feel welcome. There is still a handful of aging dinosaurs that still employ 18th century discipline techniques. The owners of the building are interesting.
BEWARE of hidden fees. Many extras like Trips or Sports will cost you an additional amount not covered by the contract.
At the end of the 13-year Education program you get a certificate during a "graduation" ceremony. It's quite long and uncomfortable, I recommend skipping this portion if possible. There is also a "Prom", which costs an additional fee, where people move to music and eat small amounts of food. Considering spending your money elsewhere.
But jump on getting an Education quickly if you really want one. There are rumours that the company is cutting back on resources in the coming years. The quality of Education may decrease in the coming years, and I heard the warranty is going out as well. Depending on the situation, you may not want an Education from this company at all, since the past few updates have put some dents in it. Competitors like the Europe conglomerate provide excellent Educations as well, and without the surprise fees for the Post-Secondary programs.
I would recommend Education to friends.
