We have now taken our Springer Spaniel Jake to Pampered Pups twice, after some not great experiences at another Kingston groomer. After both visits, we have left extremely happy with the service we have received by Olivia and very happy with how clean the salon has been. Took our mini poodle for her first grooming here this morning. We highly recommend this salon! Marsha did an amazing professional top quality groom. It can be challenging to find someone who knows how to properly groom a poodle but Marsha knew exactly what we wanted and did a perfect job. I couldn't be happier with how beautiful and relaxed and happy my girl came out from her appointment. Love the cage free stress free one dog at a time environment. Excellent pricing too. Thank you Marsha! We will be life long clients 🐩
