A representative from Clera Windows in Kingston Ontario came to look at my windows. He checked the frames and hardware of my existing windows and told me I only require replacement glass not brand new windows and frames. I was impressed by his honesty. He recommended a local company for replacement glass.

Clera Windows was great start to finish! They provided the most reasonable quote, and the installation and follow up have been great. When they did the installation, they were so clean that I couldn't even tell that they'd be there. Any issues we've had since installation has had prompt follow up, even years after the installation.

We got our windows and doors years ago and installation went perfectly. If there is a problem it is fixed promptly.
We would recommend this place to anyone thinking of upgrading windows and doors.
