Pizza dough is very easy to work with and has subtle sourdough flavour and slightly chewier texture. Holds up to topping really well. Loved it!

Long-Fermented Sourdough - delicious

The bread is delicious. I am gluten intolerant and can eat this bread with no stomach upset. They have been very gracious about answering a ton of questions. I will be buying this bread again and again.

Delicious sourdough bagels!

My family feels very fortunate to have discovered Bread by Élise in our neighbourhood. The bagels are our new favourite bagels….they are just perfect!
