Extremely professional and reliable. Would definitely recommend and use again. We had booked in advance and paid a $100 non-refundable deposit. Due to COVID-19 we no longer required the rental and without hesitation, they offered to refund the money even though they were under no obligation to do so. This is definitely an honest business. My engine spontaneously quit on me in my old vehicle, I was in need of a good vehicle fast as I work in the community and rely on my vehicle heavily. When my daughter hit a wild turkey that took out her windshield a few Saturday's ago, Dixon's was the only place with a car left that she could rent until Tuesday while her car was being fixed. We phoned Dixon's at 11:40 am and discovered they had a car but they closed at noon and we could not get there that quickly. The man working that day was very kind and said he would stay until we arrived because he knew she needed it to get to Ottawa for work on Monday. That is way above and beyond. They are so nice. I have rented from them for years for work travel and have always had amazing service.

We were traveling through Kingston right before Christmas a few weeks ago. Another car rental agency mishandled our reservation, and we had to find a last minute alternative. Dixon's team was super helpful, and they have great prices. When we returned the car a week later, they even drove us to the train station after we'd dropped off the car. Really friendly, helpful staff! I would go to Kingston just to rent from them.
