We built a Greene Home and had the best experience. This was our second new home build. Our experience with Greene Homes was so much better. We had the pleasure of working with Holly Henderson. She guided us every step of the way with knowledge and a pleasant, positive attitude.
We have continued to work with her even after the completion of our home. She become more than a Realtor. We highly recommend Greene Homes and Holly Henderson!

It has been just shy now of 6 months since our build was finished. The contractors they hire are all very skilled, friendly and respectful. Greene Homes continue to be promptly responsive to any concerns (20 mins to 24hrs to resolution has been our experience!). They will make every effort to attend to your needs! If you have never built a home the Greene approach is a great start. For the hardworking folks out there, the Greene Homes process is simply more attainable without the awkwardness of construction mortgages and their homes qualify for some really tasty energy star rebates! Check them out, we have no regrets!

Very professional and thorough from start to finish on our home. I cannot say enough about the experience with Greene Homes. Any questions we had they answered very quickly. Any issues we have had have been minor and expected with any new build. After move in, they have been there for any questions, concerns, fixes, with the same professional courteous service. I highly recommend this builder for your next home. The finished product is worth the wait.
