I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Shannon. As a first-time homebuyer I had very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Every time we viewed a property Shannon would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. I had a very specific set of requirements and he found the perfect home, better than I envisioned. We recieved a very professional service on top of knowledgeful advice and recommendations. He enquired about every house we were interested in in a timely manner and took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know. Kingston is a big market and we had a small budge, and he was abke to help us make it work. We ended up buying a lovely starter home that we would have lost in a bidding war without our amazing agent!
Shannon took the time to come se the house 3 times with us and made everything workout for a quick purchase withiut any headaches. He is great at his job and we will definitly hire him again next time we move! I recommand going with him, especially if you are someone with a lot of questions like I am - he always had an answer for me!
