Too bad they have developers building so close to the boundaries of the cemetery now. Especially in winter you can see apartments and houses where you used to just see nature. A lot of the animals that used to be there have left as there is less Habitat for them.
Beautiful day and spectacular resting place. So many distinguished Canadians amongst this tranquil park.
Will visit again, hard to see it all in one afternoon. Such spectacular stone work. Canadian History at its finest😊
It was good. Neat to see and experience the grave site of one of the first fathers of confederation for Canad. There is a lot of History in Kingston. And if history is a interest to you, then perhaps this will be a stop on your bucket list.
Very beautiful and peaceful cemetery. It's big and a nice place to go for a walk. The gravesite of John A Macdonald is easy to find using Google maps.
