(August 24, 2018, 6:31 am)Not at all serious. Will leave you standing there for close to an hour. Also charges $50 an hour for services.
Wanted to get a bike, with cash. Was told if I was serious to call Monday and come in. I was ignored and noone answered my call or messages, and went somewhere else in the end.
*edit* with being the only place in Kingston I get the hourly charge rate, just seemed high.
Was still unimpressed with being told someone would be in the shop "If I was really serious about getting a bike that day."
Still they know what they are doing and I can't fault them too much.
(May 18, 2018, 2:30 pm)These guys are fantastic, The owner(i think?) took the time out of his evening to stay open late to work on my e bike and install new batteries. Amazing service and very nice and welcoming employees. Dont hesitate to go there!
(May 15, 2018, 8:59 pm)Brought my ebike in (bought in Ottawa) because the new battery had a different connector cable than the old one. They installed it and sent me on my way. Thanks guys!
(January 11, 2018, 7:53 am)Best place in town by far. Bought several scooters from these guys and they went above and beyond for me everytime. I recommend coming here if your in the market for electric scooters or bikes. You will regret it otherwise trust me.
