(April 30, 2020, 3:09 pm)Very slow, no need to wait 15mins to get a coffee. They pay more attention to drive thru and Uber eats/skip the dishes than the customers in store. Their owner of that Tim Hortons needs to retrain staff on customer service. ?

(March 6, 2020, 12:59 am)They couldnt get my order right. Upon receiving my food, one sandwich was missing. Had to pay for another. Sandwiches are on fir 2 for $5.00 I had paid regular price for the second sandwich. Over charged $1.42. Not acceptable. I get home with my 2 coffee. One coffee that was ordered without sugar only cream had sugar in it. Ended up not having my coffee. Thanks Timmies for scewing up this order ?
Also, front end spoke a very thick East Indian accent which couldnt be understood.
Store manager has since dealt with the issues very well. Very accommodating. Thank you to the manager!!
