Trillium Gymnastics

I have been a gymnast at Trillium for 5 years, it has taught me love, freinship, bravery and determination. Gymnastics is amazing and at Trillium we are just one big happy family, with the coaches as our mothers and teammates as our sisters. Unfortunately, in December I had to retire do to a back injury I was born with however, I still get invited to special events and I'm still in contact with everyone it really shows how much the gym appreciates the athletes. It's not about the money, it's about the girls don't listen to that hater, those have been the best 5 years of my life.

My daughter has been with Trillium Gymnastics for several years now, for summer camps, in the Recreational Program, and in the last few years she has moved to a competitive level. We've never felt pressured for more than what our daughter has been ready for. It can be costly, but worth every penny from what is gained. These girls work so hard and love every minute of it. They gain so many skills that will help carry them through their whole lives....physical fitness, strength, confidence, friendship, etc. The coaches & administrators are so good with all of the kids and parents. Each of the coaches bring something different to the experience my daughter gets...and they are all very caring, attentive, and encouraging/motivating. They do not allow anyone to do things they are not physically ready for. They do tons of strength training and conditioning. They learn things in phases and make sure the girls are spotted each step of the way until they are ready for it on their own. As a parent I could just drop my daughter off and let her do her thing, but becoming involved and volunteering time has been very rewarding for me as well. This is a wonderful organization, and I recommend them to everyone.

My daughter has been with Trillium Gymnastics for 6 years. She started off in recreational gymnastics and has slowly moved up through the years to higher levels of skills and competition. The coaches are very attentive and have always given my daughter the appropriate goals for her abilities and skills. The administrative staff and coaches are very dedicated and work very hard often for free as was witnessed this past summer during a very challenging yet rewarding move. The parents are also great hard workers and we all work together as a team, weather it is cleaning, organizing events or other duties that we can do to help keep the costs very reasonable for everyone. The girls who train together or in different groups all know each other and encourage and support one another. When someone gets a new skill the entire gym will stop what they are doing and watch and cheer and clap for the gymnast's new accomplishment. The gym is like one big family. My daughter and I have made friendships that I know will last a lifetime.

My daughter is currently a competitive gymnast at Trillium, and we absolutely love it. She has always been treated with kindness, by coaches who are well trained, caring, and positive. They are open to discussions about your gymnast, and push them to do well. The administrative team is friendly, informative, and very helpful. I asked my daughter to help write this review.... Her comment? "They're insanely nice, and she says that "they can be fun and joking around, but know when it's time to get some work done." I would never hesitate to recommend Trillium Gymnastics.
