Trains man, you have those here? Friendly staff, pretty decent sandwich served. The food trolly service wasn't very long, Really would have liked another cup of coffee. First time on a train that moved. Smooth experience!

The woman at the desk took the time to explain things to me, and asked the appropriate Clovid questions. I was enjoying myself, as soon as I got to the train station! The staff are really kind! Kingston's Vial Rail Station is very easy to understand, even if you're a first time train rider!!!
The entire trip went on without a hitch, and it was very easy to board the train. The great staff took the stress out of my travelling experience. I was able to enjoy the scenery on my train ride, before I arrived at my planned destination! Very organized, and very clean. Thank You Vial Rail! ; )

Full contact less service available. Register and pay for parking on the app. Pleasant train staff. New renovations nearly complete. Some line painting was underway when we were there. Large vast parking lot no worries about availability. Would recommend this travel to anyone considering it.

I've taken the train twice in the last month. Both times I've noticed that the staff are much friendlier than they used to be. Both in the station and on the train. Via was always known by me as the place with really cranky staff. So far, all I've had is great experiences on my multiple recent trips. Great job via! Keep it up.
